Who: Marketing, Membership, & Volunteers
Why/Objective: Additional touchpoint with Charter, Active and Expiring Members: 1. Short survey, 2. Renewal ask
How:
- Marketing & Membership: will provide calling list & script.
- Callers (Volunteers & Marketing): will work through list to call members and converse through script.
- Closers (Membership & Marketing): if caller identifies member looking to renew, Closers will assist via Altru and website.
- GOAL: Convert 15 members. Leave 50 voicemails. Connect with 75 members.
